In our efforts to improve our SCIA Support department, we ask you if you could spend one minute to answer this survey.
The aim is to determine whether the quality of our support services live up to your expectations, and to see where improvements are desirable. This survey is anonymous and consists of 12 questions for each of which you have to give us 2 scores:
the first score is the desired level of support that you would expect from a 'random' support department, and
the second score is the actual level of support that you get from the SCIA Engineer Support Department.
