Nemetschek Scia will be present at the 37th IABSE Symposium

The 37th IABSE Symposium Madrid 2014 will provide engineers, architects, researchers, constructors and clients with a significant and memorable occasion to meet and share experiences with people from all around the world.

At one of the main themes ‘Innovative Design Concepts” Scia is presenting a paper with title “Software Platform for the Integration of Design Code Checks into Building Information Modeling”.  To a wide audience Scia will introduce its open design technology based on Design Forms integrated in Scia Engineer, the BIM compliant structural analysis software.  

The Scientific Programme will include Plenary, Concurrent and Poster Sessions for three days. Keynote and invited speakers will address the Symposium generally in the plenary sessions, and thematic concurrent parallel sessions will be held for the presentation of papers selected by the Scientific Committee . Poster sessions will be structured to encourage interaction with the authors.

The printed symposium proceedings will contain the one-page abstracts of all papers accepted by the Scientific Committee. The full version will be included on a CD-ROM enclosed with the proceedings, and will be available at the beginning of the Symposium. Note that authors must register to the Symposium in order to have their papers published in the Symposium Report.
