Katrien joined SCIA with an extensive background of +20 years in product, marketing and sales management.
Prior to joining SCIA Katrien has worked amongst others 15 years in a Fortune 500 Company - Newell Brands (Rubbermaid Commercial, Irwin & Lenox Tools, Dymo, Sharpie , Waterman, Parker...) were she has held progressive senior roles in various positions: Product, Brand , Marketing and Channel Management as well as sales. From Regional to Global, working with B2B & B2C brands and channels (direct & indirect) into a variety of segments (Construction, Electrical, Industrial, Materials Management, consumer....)
She is passionate about Growth and Performance and recognized for a “raise-the-bar” mindset and results driven mantra to nurture profitable growth, developing high-performance marketing teams with a data-driven, customer-centric marketing approach.
Katrien holds a Bachelor in Business Administration – Marketing.
