You are not alone! The Nemetschek Scia Support team is ready to assist you. Every weekday from 9:00 to 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., all customers with a maintenance contract can rely on telephone or email support from our Support team.
Besides technical guidance with the use of the program, it provides helpdesk support in the case of any unforeseen necessity and deals with specific requests for explanation of program features.
As an added value, the Nemetschek Scia Support team also offers group or individual, basic or advanced training as well as consultation services for particular user-projects.
