Note that we can only process emails with a size smaller than 30 MB. So in case of big attachments it's better to send us your model via another tool (e.g. WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or other similar platforms).
Our team is available to support you with your requests Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 CET.
Upon receipt of your request, we will respond as soon as possible either through email or call back as is necessary.
